Title Insurance Assistant

Licensing is not a requirement. Candidates should demonstrate good customer service skills, strong attention to detail, proficient computer skills, and the ability to multi-task, transition easily between files, walk-ins, phone calls and day-to-day tasks, prioritize and organize work efficiently to meet deadlines. Previous office experience and accounting skills helpful but not required. Flexible and family friendly schedule. Paid time off, paid holidays and health plan available. Salary is commensurate on experience.

Duties: General office duties, research and update files, correspond with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys and real estate agents, prepare preliminary title documents, closing documents and policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21.0 – 32.0 per week
