Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Title Processor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in the title industry and be able to manage files efficiently from opening through closing.

Responsibilities:

• Open and process title files
• Communicate professionally with realtors, clients, lenders, and attorneys
• Coordinate file requirements and closing details
• Maintain accurate records and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of title industry experience
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Notary certification preferred
• Experience with E-Closing "ClosingVue" software and Microsoft Office preferred
