The Opportunity

CityView Title is seeking an experienced Licensed Title Agent to manage residential real estate title transactions. This role is responsible for overseeing the title and closing process from the initial order to ensuring documents are recoded in a timely fashion. Exceptional customer service is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate title order and establish contact with all relevant parties.
• Review title commitments and resolving title defects
• Collaborate with buyers, owners, lenders, attorneys and real estate agents to resolve discrepancies, clear titles and move the closing forward.
• Prepare and process essential documentation for real estate closings.
• Maintain accurate records and update databases/systems throughout the process.
• Provide responsive, professional customer service to clients and all related parties
• Support the team with additional tasks to ensure timely and successful closings.

What You’ll Bring Required Qualifications:

• Active Alabama Title Insurance Agent License required.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of residential title, escrow, or closing experience
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when interpreting legal documents and technical data.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Preferred Qualifications (not required):

• Familiarity with GIS tools and title/closing software, i.e, Qualia
• Notary public certification.
• Experience working directly with clients and multiple stakeholders..

What We Offer

• Competitive base salary ranging from $56,000 to $65,000 per year
