Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Title Processor role at Magnolia Closing Co. The Title Processor will be responsible for communication with clients, notary services, escrow management, customer service, and basic accounting tasks related to real estate transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Notary services - bonus but not required
• Experience in Escrow management - bonus but not required
• Willingness to Learn
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in real estate transactions is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent

No experience necessary, we will help train you in the title and real estate field. Only thing required is a positive attitude, willingness to work hard, and attention to detail.
