Title Processor

Accent Title is a fast-growing real estate title company known for its welcoming culture and dedication to its clients. Accent Title seeks a friendly and organized Pre-Closing Title Processor to be the main point of contact for our clients. You will coordinate and work with the Escrow Officer to ensure a smooth transaction for each closing.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Closing Title Processor will manage the administrative and research tasks necessary for each real estate transaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

• Attention to Detail: Critical for reviewing documents, entering data into title processing system, identifying errors and discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

• Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with clients and industry professionals.

• Serve as the main contact between real estate agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, and other parties in the closing process.

• Compile and verify all necessary paperwork for transactions including mortgage and other payoffs, property tax information, etc.; perform data entry and review for all orders/contracts.

• Anticipate client needs by following up in real time.

• Coordinate with realtors, lenders, and clients to resolve issues, ensure obligations are met and schedule closings.

• Knowledge of real estate procedures, accuracy, confidentiality, organization, and time management.
