WE’RE HIRING: TITLE PROCESSOR!

TaskBullet is looking for an experienced Title Processor to join our team and support a growing U.S. real estate title company!

Location: Philippines
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: U.S. Eastern Business Hours

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
Direct experience working for a U.S. title insurance underwriter, such as First American, Fidelity, Old Republic, or Stewart, or one of their offshore operations centers
Willingness to undergo employment verification through a Certificate of Employment (COE) and an HR reference
Strong knowledge of U.S. title processing procedures

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review title searches and prepare curative lists

Draft title commitments for licensed agent review
Prepare settlement statements and closing packages
Track payoffs, HOA estoppels, and lien searches
Prepare title policies after closing

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with SoftPro or Qualia
Florida title processing experience

Important: This role does not involve access to banking accounts, wire instructions, or disbursements. All funds handling remains with the U.S. team.
