Title Processor/Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Title Processor/Assistant to join our to join our team serving the Rangeley, Maine area. We are a Maine-based title company providing title and closing services throughout the state. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with people, and can manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.

No title experience? No problem! We are willing to train the right candidate. If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply!

Duties

• Process real estate transactions from opening through closing.
• Review purchase and sale agreements, lender instructions, and other transaction documents.
• Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and attorneys to keep transactions moving forward.
• Order and review title searches and related documentation.
• Prepare closing documents and assist with scheduling and coordinating closings.
• Track deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure files are complete and accurate.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and business partners.

Experience

• Previous experience in title processing, real estate closings, banking, or real estate is helpful but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage multiple files.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $50,200.00 - $60,600.00 per year
