JOB TITLE: Title Search Title Services

QUALIFICATION: Graduation is mandatory

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 Years in US Title Search / Title Due Diligence; 5 Years of overall Mortgage experience preferred

MUST HAVE:

• Hands-on experience in US Title Search / Title Services
• Experience in Full Title Search and Developer Deed Search
• Strong knowledge of Chain of Title
• Experience reviewing liens, judgments, mortgages, and title documents
• Experience in Title Due Diligence and Title Report preparation
• Strong knowledge of US Mortgage and Title processes
• Good MS Office, typing, documentation, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform Full Title Searches and Developer Deed Searches using starters
• Review title search packages and verify the Chain of Title
• Check open liens, judgments, mortgages, and other title-related documents
• Review ancillary documents and verify their accuracy from a title perspective
• Prepare and generate Title Reports using client applications
• Upload additional documents as required by the client
• Handle multiple title applications and nationwide title searches
• Identify and resolve title-related discrepancies and exceptions
• Maintain required quality, accuracy, and productivity standards
• Follow established processes, controls, and client requirements

LOCATION: Dubai, UAE

RELOCATION: Candidates must be willing to relocate to Dubai for the role

CTC / SALARY: 10LPA-11LPA

NOTICE PERIOD: Immediate Joiner
