Title Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Title Specialist to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing the entire title processing workflow, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of sales paperwork, title transfers, contracts in transit funding processing and registration procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process titles, registrations, and related paperwork accurately in compliance with state transportation regulations.
• Manage the sales pipeline by coordinating with sales teams, clients, and external agencies to ensure timely title transfers and documentation completion.
• Handle outbound sales calls to follow up on pending titles, clarify documentation requirements, and promote dealership services.
• Utilize Lightspeed software and Microsoft Office tools for data entry, and record keeping related to title processing.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding title status, documentation needs, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain organized records of all title transactions, and compliance documentation while adhering to confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and paperwork processing.
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse client bases.
• Familiarity with Lightspeed software, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel), and retail math principles.
• Excellent communication skills including phone etiquette, public speaking ability, and client communication expertise.
• Understanding of state transportation regulations related to vehicle titles and registrations.

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
