Tivoli Consultant

We are looking for an experienced IBM Tivoli Output Manager (TOM) for z/OS Specialist to manage, control, archive, and distribute mainframe outputs across enterprise environments. This role is critical in ensuring reliable report delivery, compliance, and secure handling of business-critical outputs.

Responsibilities

• Manage JES spool (SYSOUT) capture, retention & archiving
• Configure TOM policies for report distribution & automation
• Ensure timely delivery of critical reports to users/systems
• Install, upgrade, and maintain TOM in z/OS environments
• Monitor output queues, job outputs & troubleshoot failures
• Integrate TOM with JES2/JES3, SDSF & security tools
• Optimize spool usage and archive processes
• Support batch cycles, high availability & DR readiness
• Implement data security, masking & audit compliance
