What You'll do

• Structured onboarding and hands-on training during your first month
• Exposure to TikTok Shop's fast-growing creator ecosystem
• Opportunity to work with creators across multiple product categories
• Dedicated tools including Lark, Google Workspace, Excel, and TikTok Shop Seller Center
• Clear career progression into Senior Creator Partnership Executive or Team Lead based on performance
• Continuous coaching from experienced team members
