Role & responsibilities
- Experience in CRM operations, preferably in redevelopment projects.
- Strong understanding of the redevelopment process and customer lifecycle.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
- Process-oriented with strong focus on TAT, SLA adherence , collections and process governance.
- Experience in PAAA and other society related paper work involved in redevelopment . Proven track record in collections and payment follow-ups.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in interacting with society members and cross functional teams
- Ability to manage customer concerns, resolve issues and drive a positive customer experience.
- Strong focus on team productivity, collections, CSAT, NPS and service delivery.
