5 to 10 years of overall experience, with 45 years of hands-on experience in TLM Premium 3.0 or above

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced TLM Premium Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in TLM Premium 3.0 and above. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in TLM configuration, control process design, matching rules, dashboards, and MI interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Work hands-on with TLM Premium 3.0 and above
• Configure and maintain TLM Control Process Designer
• Work on TLM SmartSchema configuration and related activities
• Configure and maintain TLM Match Rules
• Perform dashboard configuration and customization
• Work on MI Interface configuration and integration
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into TLM configurations
• Troubleshoot and resolve TLM-related issues
• Support testing, deployment, and production activities
• Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to deliver TLM solutions

Mandatory Technical Skills

• TLM Premium 3.0 or above – 4–5 years hands-on experience
• TLM Control Process Designer
• TLM SmartSchema
• TLM Match Rule Configuration
• TLM Dashboard Configuration
• MI Interface

Good to Have

• Basic knowledge of PL/SQL
• Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux
• Understanding of financial reconciliation and transaction matching processes
• Experience working in banking/financial services environments

Candidate Profile

• Overall experience of 5–10 years
• Strong hands-on experience in TLM Premium
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical configurations
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
