Hiring: Team Member Learning & Development (L&D)

Location: Navi Mumbai
Experience: 5+ Years
Qualification: Post Graduate in Human Resources – Mandatory

We are looking for an experienced L&D professional to support and drive learning, capability-building and organization development initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of Learning & Development and OD initiatives, including planning, communication, logistics, vendors and participants.
• Identify learning needs and support the design and implementation of capability-building interventions aligned with business priorities.
• Manage the annual learning calendar and ensure timely execution of training programs.
• Coordinate with internal facilitators, business stakeholders and external learning partners.
• Support administration of LMS, digital learning platforms, learning records and training compliance.
• Develop and curate training content, facilitator guides, toolkits, presentations and communication material.
• Support employee engagement and change management initiatives through surveys, campaigns and workshops.
• Prepare MIS, dashboards, presentations and project updates for leadership reviews.
• Analyze learning data to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Drive process improvement, automation and standardization across L&D/OD processes.
