Key Result Areas & Strategic Accountabilities

1. Painter Engagement & Partnership Development

• Painter Network Development: Build and manage comprehensive painter network across assigned territory ensuring broad market coverage and engagement
• Partnership Optimization: Develop strategic partnerships with key painters focusing on mutual growth, loyalty, and business development
• Engagement Strategy: Implement effective painter engagement strategies including regular communication, support services, and value-added offerings
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with painter partners through consistent support, feedback integration, and partnership enhancement

2. Loyalty Program Execution & Performance Management

• Program Implementation: Execute comprehensive loyalty programs ensuring effective program rollout, painter adoption, and engagement optimization
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor loyalty program performance including participation rates, redemption patterns, and business impact metrics
• Program Optimization: Continuously optimize loyalty programs based on performance data, painter feedback, and market dynamics
• Reward Management: Manage reward systems ensuring attractive, relevant, and motivating incentives for painter participation and loyalty

3. Team Capability Development & Compliance

• Team Development: Drive team capability development through training programs, skill enhancement, and professional development initiatives
• Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, program requirements, and quality standards across all activities
• Performance Management: Monitor and enhance team performance through coaching, feedback, and performance improvement programs
• Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate knowledge transfer and best practice sharing across team members and painter network
