TM- Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare integrated construction and project handover schedules.
• Develop project schedules, identify critical paths, and monitor progress against timelines.
• Create activity sequencing and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prepare tender schedules, project logistics plans, and sales milestone updates.
• Plan and monitor manpower and resource deployment across project sites.
• Prepare project workflows, cash flows, and annual business plans.
• Generate Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports and management presentations.
• Track project delays, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct delay analysis and prepare catch-up plans to bring projects back on schedule.
• Monitor project health using Earned Value Analysis (EVA).
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with RERA timelines and statutory requirements.
• Drive process improvements and adopt technology for planning optimization.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with NICMAR.
• 58 years of planning experience in residential real estate projects.
• Hands-on experience managing the complete project lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, micro-planning, resource planning, and project monitoring.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MSP, SAP, ERP, and BIM.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
