What they need
Role & responsibilities :
- Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies to maximize volumes and protect business margins.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer profitability to inform strategic pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with plant finance, sales, and operations teams to align pricing, margins, and revenue targets.
- Provide strategic insights on product portfolio profitability and margin optimization to senior management.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning by providing pricing and margin analysis.
- Maintain alignment with corporate policies and governance while ensuring cost competitiveness across products.
- Lead initiatives to enhance distributor ROI, support volume growth, and drive business performance
Preferred candidate profile :
- CA/CMA/MBA-Finance.
- 5-12 years of experience in pricing and costing.
- Hands on exposure with ERP systems ( SAP, Power BI).
