TMS Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our office. The Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring the smooth flow of operations in the office. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical office setting and possess strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage the treatment calendar

• Verify insurance coverage for TMS and Spravato

• Collect patient information, update medical records, and maintain confidentiality

• Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed

-Registering patients with the Spravato REMS program

-Complete Prior Authorizations

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a medical office setting is required

• Proficiency in electronic medical records system is preferred

• Strong knowledge of medical scheduling and administrative support functions

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

-Previous experience as TMS or Spravato coordinator is preferred
