TMS Technician

You will assist with patient care by helping treat patients receiving transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment. It is necessary to have a friendly disposition and a professional manner. Essential Responsibilities

As a TMS Technician, you will be conducting Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation treatments, interacting supportively with patients, and communicating with the medical clinicians responsible for the patients.

TMS Treater Job Responsibilities:

• Treat patients as scheduled, and fill in as a backup when treaters are out.
• Prepare and clean treatment rooms before and after patients are treated.
• Update treatment notes daily.
• Ensure patients complete forms as needed to monitor progress.
• Communicate with TMS treaters and providers regarding patient care verbally and through secure messages.
• Attend weekly meetings, as needed.
• Communicate with the TMS Lead about any maintenance and repairs needed for TMS chairs.
• Complete marketing and administrative tasks, as requested by supervisor.

Qualifications required for this position:

• Master’s degree or higher in behavioral health field (preferred)
• Fully licensed (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMSW)
• Student's working on their master's degree in a psychology related field
• License free of any sanctions
• At least 2 years’ experience in the field

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
