💼 Role: TM/TL Resource requirement for UC Domain

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Test Manager / Test Lead Singapore with strong experience in IVR Telephony, TMAC, and Contact Center testing.
• Overall 7-10 years in Unified Communications testing; 3-5 years in a Test Manager or Test Lead role.
• Define and own test strategy planning and governance for UC IVR and Contact Center programs.
• Act as the single point of accountability for quality across releases.
• Lead and mentor test leads and engineers (onshore/offshore).
• Report test progress, risks, and release readiness to senior stakeholders.
• Manage test cycles, environments, data, and defect lifecycle.
• Strong experience leading testing for:
• • IVR systems, Telephony platforms, and TMAC applications
• • Inbound, outbound, and callback call flows (end-to-end validation)
• • Telecom integrations including CTI, SIP, VoIP, PBX, SBC, and dialer systems
• Exposure to Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, NICE, Amazon Connect.
• Experience in banking/contact center transformations.
• Hands-on knowledge of IVR Automation Tools (Empirix, Hammer, Call Master, or similar tools).
• Performance and Load Testing experience for voice platforms.
