Toddler Teacher Assistant

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote early childhood development, literacy education, and social skills.
• Provide attentive toddler care by meeting individual needs for feeding, diapering, rest, and emotional support.
• Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, organized, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning..
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, assessments, lesson plans, and standardized testing results as required.

Experience

• Prior classroom experience working with toddlers in daycare or preschool settings is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management techniques, and curriculum development.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
