Toddler Teacher

Toddler Teacher needed for Lissa’s Learning Ladder in Boise. We are looking for an energetic, motivated, creative, organized, flexible, dependable and most of all LOVING individual. Must enjoy working with young children and have a positive, fun and caring attitude. Must have or be willing to obtain a Boise City Child Care License and CPR and First Aid Certification. We will help you obtain the certifications and licenses required if needed. ***Possible financial assistance available for licensing expenses ***The ideal candidate will be able to work a flexible schedule alongside another teacher and also be left alone at times.
This is a Full Time position with paid Holidays and various other perks. Hours needed to work are vary.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to the developmental needs of toddlers.
• Implement classroom management strategies to create a safe and nurturing environment for young children.
• Utilize effective communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Monitor and assess children's progress to provide individualized support and feedback.
• Incorporate activities that promote physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development.
• Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education to enhance teaching methods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
