DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as skilled leadman for maintenance operations at Toll Facilities.
- Coordinate and monitor actual work quality, progress, safety, and compliance of daily facility maintenance activities
- Coordinate work requirements and priorities with outsourced Team Leaders/Coordinators
- Conduct field inspections and identify defects, abnormalities, and maintenance requirements of all Toll Facilities
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND/WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or Vocational courses in engineering, facilities management, or related field
- 5 years' experience related to maintenance or construction works
