What they need
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To collect toll fare from highway users according to vehicle class and rate that has been set.
- To provide an efficient service, well-behaved and friendly to the highway users.
- To document any occurrences / uncommon transactions in forms provided.
- To count toll collection money at the end of shift and declare to the supervisor on duty.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND/WORK REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of any 4 years course/completed two years in college.
- Preferably with collection background and retail industry is an advantage.
