TOLLING SUPERVISOR

About the role

This role involves managing copra tolling operations, coordinating with internal departments and external tolling partners, and overseeing inventory accuracy and material flow. The position requires full accountability for copra and finished goods inventory, coordination of daily tolling schedules, and liaison with logistics, quality assurance, production, and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly copra tolling plan based on confirmed and projected production requirements and business needs
• Prepare and distribute daily copra tolling schedule to internal departments and external tolling partners
• Coordinate with Logistics, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, Production, Procurement, and other operational departments to ensure timely material availability, delivery execution, and replenishment requirements
• Serve as the primary coordination point with external copra tolling partners regarding schedules, operational requirements, quality specifications, documentation, and inventory status
• Monitor daily copra deliveries, tolling activities, finished goods movement, and In/Out product movements, providing timely operational updates
• Take full accountability for copra and finished goods inventory accuracy, ensuring physical counts align with system records
• Monitor and reconcile inventory movements, including raw material receipts, tolling consumption, finished goods transfers, and adjustments
• Aid Quality Assurance in the validation of copra quality prior to tolling and finished goods quality prior to billing
• Maintain accurate copra tolling monitoring files, trackers, inventory records, and reports
• Review and process copra tolling billing documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy of supporting documents

About you

• Ability to supervise and lead the copra tolling team, ensuring productivity, accountability, and adherence to operational standards
• Capability to perform timely and accurate SAP transactions related to copra receipts, inventory movements, and tolling activities
• Experience coordinating with Finance and Accounting regarding tolling billings, payment processing, and discrepancy resolution
• Ability to prepare and process Purchase Orders for tolling services
• Capability to prepare and submit regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to management on tolling operations, inventory status, cost variances, delivery updates, and operational concerns
• Willingness to participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance tolling efficiency, inventory accuracy, and cost control

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any Agri-business-related course or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years of experience
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work effectively as part of a team.
• SAP or similar ERP system proficiency
• Knowledge of tolling operations, production planning, and supply-chain coordination
