Tomahawk Capacity Execution PM (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Tomahawk Capacity Execution PM to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will drive program execution and coordination for a complex defense-related effort, with a strong focus on cadence, compliance, and delivery discipline. The position partners closely with internal functional teams to support risk management, scheduling, and management review readiness. It also plays a key role in customer-facing program reviews and in building the tools and metrics needed to keep the program on track.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,500 – $204,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Execute program cadence activities such as risk review boards and schedule performance management
• Prepare and monitor documentation compliance with contract requirements
• Lead program risk and opportunity management efforts
• Develop partnerships with internal functional organizations
• Coordinate customer program reviews and prepare for visits
• Implement key program metrics and develop management tools

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of program or project management experience
• Experience preparing cost proposals and management reviews
• Familiarity with program management tools such as IPDS/RLPM
• Knowledge of EVMS, risk management, and scheduling tools
• Experience with transition to production or integration activities
• Background in project coordination or business support
