Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and more, according to established recipes and standards.

-Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, ensuring proper calibration and cleanliness.

-Create latte art that meets our standards of presentation.

-Interact with customers, answer questions about our coffee offerings, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.

-Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.

-Continuously develop knowledge of coffee origins, roasting profiles, and brewing techniques.

Qualifications:

-Previous experience as a barista preferred.

-Comprehensive knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment operation.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

-A passion for creating high-quality coffee beverages.

-Excellent customer service skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
