Every year, several thousands of young people on practical placements with Bosch experience daily work at first hand. With this long term internship opportunity they are actively integrated into projects and are fully incorporated in the daily work of one of the world's largest industrial corporations. The new specialist experience you gather will help you choose the future focus of your studies and the way you wish to launch your professional career. • Analyze manual business processes to identify automation opportunities.

• Design, develop, and test end-to-end RPA workflows using platforms like UiPath or MS Power Automate.

• Write clean Python, VBA, or SQL scripts to automate data workflows and report generation.

• Monitor existing automation tools, troubleshoot errors, and implement necessary updates.

• Create clear technical documentation and user guides for the developed automation solutions.

• 3rd/4th year undergraduate or Master’s student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or related fields.

• Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, KNIME).

• Basic programming/scripting knowledge in Python or VBA.

• Basic database knowledge (SQL) and advanced MS Excel skills.

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to learn new technologies.
