Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech

Experience: 5 15 Years Salary: Negotiable (Depending on Experience)

Duty Hours & Compensation

Standard duty hours: 12 hours per day

8:30 hours will be considered as normal working hours

Additional 3:30 hours will be treated as overtime

Overtime will be paid extra as per company policy / applicable labour laws

Job Purpose

• To manufacture, maintain, and repair sheet metal tools and dies to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
• Key Responsibilities
• Manufacture and assemble sheet metal dies, tools, jigs, and fixtures
• Perform maintenance, repair, and modification of dies
• Handle press tools (progressive, compound, single operation)
• Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
• Operate tool room machines (lathe, milling, grinding, drilling)
• Inspect components using measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometer, etc.)
• Troubleshoot tool-related issues to minimize production downtime
• Maintain tool history records and ensure preventive maintenance
• Follow safety standards and 5S practices in the workplace
• Skills Required
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal tooling and die making
• Understanding of press operations
• Machine handling and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and quality focus
