Roles & Responsibilities Senior Toolmaker
- Handle tool & die maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting for stamping/press shop tools.
- Perform tool fitting, assembly, tryouts, and tool setting activities.
- Operate CNC, EDM, milling, grinding, and conventional tool room machines.
- Ensure smooth production with minimum tool breakdown and downtime.
- Modify and improve dies, fixtures, and tooling for productivity and quality improvement.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for tooling support.
- Maintain preventive maintenance records and tooling standards.
- Follow safety, 5S, and continuous improvement practices.
