- Design moulds & fixtures for automotive plastic parts — steel selection, slider/lifter, gating & cooling
- Tool cost estimation & customer change proposals
- DFM/DFA reviews, mold trials (T0–T2) & defect troubleshooting
- Optimize molding process
Required Candidate profile
5–10 yrs experience in mold development & tool room coordination (auto plastics preferred), mold trials & modifications, Tool cost estimation
Proficiency in CATIA / SolidWorks / NX
