What?You’ll?Be Doing?

Lead and manage the Tool Hire team, ensuring an efficient, safe and high-quality service.
Deliver tool hire targets, with a strong focus on cross-selling and upselling.
Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow tool hire sales.
Coach, support and develop colleagues, providing regular feedback and helping the team reach its potential.
Manage tool hire stock, inventory and availability to meet customer demand.Experience of leading or managing a team, ideally within tool hire, equipment hire, builders’ merchants or a similar environment.
A strong customer focus with the ability to build relationships and identify sales opportunities.
Commercial awareness and a proven ability to deliver sales growth through cross-selling and upselling.
