With two production facilities in the Plovdiv region and an R&D Center in Sofia, we continue to grow and are looking for an experienced Tool Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Your Responsibilities

✅ Monitor the proper functioning and condition of plastic injection molds and tooling equipment.

✅ Diagnose and analyze technical issues, tool defects, and production deviations.

✅ Perform maintenance, repair, assembly, disassembly, polishing, and optimization of injection molds.

✅ Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring issues.

✅ Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to improve tooling performance and production efficiency.

✅ Prepare and maintain technical documentation, maintenance records, and analysis reports.

✅ Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and internal company procedures.

What We Are Looking For

✔ Secondary technical education.

✔ Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience in maintenance and repair of plastic injection molds.

✔ Practical experience in polishing, assembling, disassembling, and repairing injection tools.

✔ Strong knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

✔ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.

✔ Proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement.

✔ Leadership potential, communication skills, and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
