Job Title: Tool Maker – Metal Stamping
About Us
ADVANCE SCAPES (M) SDN BHD is a precision metal‐stamping component. We design, fabricate and maintain our own tooling. We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Tooling Design Engineer to join our tooling & die-engineering team.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange the daily tooling maintenance job in tool room
- Trouble shoot and repair the part's die set when part's dimension not follow specification during mass-production
- Perform the new tooling assembly task and tooling trial for new parts or part's tooling that after modified
- Arrange the training activities for all tool room staffs
- Arrange tooling components that required heat treatment or machining processes to sub-con and the monitoring job
- Operation of machine in tool room
About you
- Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical Engineering background
- Preferred to have experience in the Tool & Die making
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Speak and write fluent in Malay, English and Chinese
