Tool Room Engineer

We're seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to work in our Tool Room, operating 3 Axis/5 Axis CNC machines across three shifts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for machining elements of Jigs & Fixtures, Dies, and Molds.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Operate 3 Axis/5 Axis CNC machines with precision and accuracy
• Machine elements of Jigs & Fixtures, Dies, and Molds
• Read and interpret engineering drawings
• Utilize CNC controllers like Mazatrol, Fanuc, Fidia, and Grundic
• Apply knowledge of cutting tools and parameters
• Conduct inspections using various instruments
• Understand and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles

*Requirements:*

• Minimum qualification: DME/DAE
• 3-4 years of experience in CNC machining
• Proven ability to work with CNC controllers and cutting tools
• Strong understanding of inspection instruments and GD&T
• Ability to work in three shifts
