Tool Room Engineer

VTK Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Tooling Engineer to handle injection mould maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and tooling improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection moulds.
• Troubleshoot mould-related defects and production issues.
• Handle mould dismantling, cleaning, fitting, polishing, and assembly.
• Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve tooling problems.
• Maintain mould maintenance records and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Support mould trials, new mould development, and modifications.
• Ensure mould availability, reliability, and minimum downtime.
• Follow 5S, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Tool & Die, or a related discipline.

Required Skills: Injection mold maintenance, mold troubleshooting, technical drawing interpretation, preventive maintenance, and tool room operations.

Preferred Candidates: Experience in plastic injection molding and automotive component manufacturing.
