6-8 years experience- similar position in engineering industry.
Basic Knowledge of 3D software.
Designing molds& programming (pressure die casting & injection mold).
Expertise in understanding sectional view of a drawing.
Scope of work:
Develop new molds (die casting & injection molding).
Maintenance existing molds.
Inspect the job made in the tool room or received from the vendor.
To assign job to tool room.
Basic knowledge of VMC, Spark erosion, and other tool room machinery.
Able to handle tool room independently.
Interact with Heat Treater for minimum distortion in hardening of tools and
Good knowledge of metallurgy for selection of tool steel required for
manufacturing dies and moulds.
