Tool Room Operator

• Issue and receive tools, cutting tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and measuring instruments.
• Maintain proper records of tool inventory, stock levels, and tool movement.
• Inspect tools for wear, damage, and defects before issuing them.
• Perform basic tool maintenance, cleaning, grinding, and sharpening as required.
• Support tool setup and changeover activities on production machines.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and traceability of tools.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for tool availability.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Maintain 5S, cleanliness, and safety standards in the tool room.
• Follow company quality procedures and safety instructions.
• Report damaged tools, abnormal wear, and maintenance requirements promptly.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
