Tool Room - VMC Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Tool Room Expereince in VMC Operator to operate VMC machines, produce components as per engineering drawings and specifications, and ensure quality, productivity, and machine safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and VMC machines safely and efficiently.
• Read and understand engineering drawings, work instructions, and job specifications.
• Set up jobs, tools, fixtures, and workpieces as per requirements.
• Load and unload components and monitor machining operations.
• Check component dimensions using vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring instruments.
• Make basic tool offsets and wear-offset corrections. Required Skills
• Knowledge of CNC/VMC machine operation.
• Basic understanding of CNC controls and machining processes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
