Tool Shop Operator

工作职责:

Responsibilities

• Receive and forward all types of deliveries in and out of the tool shop as requests.

Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.

• Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the tool shop's area of

operation. Strictly adhere to the first in/first out principle.

• Regularly monitor and take inventory, and prepare purchase requests based on the

level or demand of parts.

• Keep clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and

stored properly.

• Responsible for verifying all goods arrived as per the PO or delivery note has been

received.

• Responsible for the daily check on the storage facilities. Ensure cleanliness in all

areas and keep storage areas clean and tidy.

• Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches.
• Speak with others using clear and professional language.
• Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

• Receive all goods and check if incoming goods meet quality standards.
• Issue and receive hand tools in and out of Stations as requested.
• Issue consumable and PPE.
• New tool and consumable ordering according to production requirement and the

inventory limit.

• New tool receiving, Numbering and engraving individual tools according to

company rules

• Annual inventory physical count.
• Inventory hand tools daily management.

Qualifications/ Basic Job Requirements (Skills Needed)

• LICENSE OF FORKLIFT, WORKING AT HEIGHT PERMIT, etc.
• Basic English level.
• SAP system operation.
• MS office operation.
• Well experience in tool shop operation.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. nighttime, holidays, weekends).

Education/ Special Qualifications (Schooling, Certifications)

• College diploma, major in mechanical or electrical engineering, or related field.
• Positive, friendly, and team work, etc.
