What they need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in tooling, equipment, fixture, warehouse, or production support.
- Experience in SMT/DIP or electronics manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Experience with SAP/ERP is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis.
- Able to read basic 2D mechanical drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
- Familiar with measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Understanding of tooling/fixture structures and basic mechanical principles.
- Familiar with ESD and 5S requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and support overtime/shift requirements when necessary.
