About the Role

Responsibilities

• Gain proficiency in CNC machining, programming, and advanced die assembly techniques.
• Support the production of high-precision tooling by operating EDM, jig grinding, and turning equipment.
• Execute die maintenance and repair tasks to ensure optimal performance of manufacturing systems.
• Perform detailed layout and quality inspections to verify components meet rigorous engineering specifications.
• Collaborate with senior technicians to troubleshoot manufacturing challenges and optimize tooling design.
• Participate in classroom instruction to build a strong foundation in engineering principles and manufacturing technology.
