Tooling coordinator

Job Objetive: Leadership, motivation and organization of the functional area Tooling/Process. Development of competitive tools andstable production processes.

Description of main tasks :

• Ensuring that all relevant processes and documents are used in accordance with the standard
• Leadership of employees and their further development.
• Regular review and further development of production processes. Participation in development projects, e.g: new product portfolio
• Further development and improvement of tool concepts, ensuring the creation of WKZ specifications
• Further development of the WKZ-supplier-portfolio (together with GPS)
• Responsibility for the industrialization of customer projects up to the handover of a stable production process to thefactory
• Collaboration in the calculation and target costing.

Skills and competences :

• Graduation in Engineering or similar
• First leadership experience
• Several years of professional experience in the automotive industry and in an international environment
• Product- and process knowledge in the functional areas
• English language on B1-B2 level (person is able to express himself/herself in an advanced level, almos fluent andprecisely)
• Local language on B1-B2 level (person is able to express himself/herself in an advanced level, almost fluent and precisely).
