- Design tools, jigs, fixtures, molds, and fabrication supports using CAD software.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
- Review project requirements and develop tooling concepts based on operational needs.
- Coordinate with production, QA/QC, and engineering teams for tooling implementation.
- Conduct design modifications and improvements for existing tooling systems.
- Ensure tooling designs comply with safety, quality, and industry standards.
- Assist in material selection and cost estimation for tooling fabrication.
- Perform troubleshooting and provide technical support during fabrication and installation.
- Monitor tooling performance and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and technical files.sponsible for the design, development, fabrication, and implementation of tooling, jigs, and fixtures to support efficient and accurate production and fabrication processes.
