Tooling Engineer

About the Role

·       This position is mainly responsible for fixture development and design of new products and the performance verification of fixture.

·       Fixture continuous improvement and standardize the design of similar fixtures and file the drawings/documents.

What You Will Do

·       Responsible for fixture design and development for new product independently.

·       Optimization and improvement of SOP fixture

·       Standardized design of similar fixtures

·       Deal with fixture problems in production process in time.

·       Communicate effectively with other departments

What You Need to Be Successful

·       Education: Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.

·       Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in engineering background, transducer experience in priority.

·       Use Solidworks/Auto CAD/office software (Word, Excel, PPT) well.

·       Familiar with fixture design that uses a variety of materials and mechanisms

·       Be familiar with the working theory for common equipment.

·       Capability to work independently

·       Must be fluent in speaking and written in English.
