What they need
· Execute Maintenance: Plan and oversee preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of molds, dies, and tooling elements.
· Troubleshoot Defects: Diagnose and resolve tooling issues on the production floor to minimize manufacturing downtime.
· New Tooling Trials: Coordinate tool trials, evaluate samples, and implement corrections based on trial reports.
· Machine Utilization: Optimize the usage of tool room machinery, including VMC, CNC, EDM, and conventional machines.
2. Quality & Process Improvement
· Assure Precision: Ensure all tool room outputs meet exact technical specifications, tolerances, and quality benchmarks.
· Optimize Tool Life: Identify engineering solutions to improve tool durability, enhance cycle times, and reduce scrap rates.
· Root Cause Analysis: Lead investigations into recurring tooling failures and implement permanent corrective actions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
