• Salary Package : $4500 - 45500 + AWS + VB + Medical Claim

• Location: Marsiling Rd (3 bus stops from Woodlands Interchange)

• Working Hour : Mon - Fri :8.15am - 5.45pm

Job Scope :

• Lead tooling continuous improvement projects to improve OEE, cycle time, scrap reduction and mould reliability.
• Drive preventive maintenance, root cause analysis and tooling failure reduction to minimise downtime.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching and mentoring to the tooling team.
• Support mould design reviews, DFM, mould qualification and NPI activities.
• Develop tooling standards, maintenance strategies and cost-saving initiatives.
• Supervise the Continuous Improvement Group, manage resources and drive team development.

Requirement:

• Min 3 years of tooling experience in injection moulding or precision manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of mould design, tooling maintenance, reliability engineering and continuous improvement

• Experience in medical, electronics or high-volume manufacturing environments is an advantage.
