Salary: $95,000–$115,000 annually

We're partnering with an established industrial manufacturing company seeking a hands-on Tooling Engineer with strong CNC programming, CAM software, and manufacturing process improvement experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of machining processes, optimize tooling and production efficiency, and support the implementation of new CNC equipment.

What You'll Do

• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs using CAM software.
• Improve machining processes, tooling selection, and production efficiency.
• Support CNC program prove-outs, troubleshooting, and manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Assist with new CNC equipment installation and implementation.
• Collaborate with machinists and production teams to solve technical challenges.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing or tooling engineering experience.
• Strong CNC programming and CAM software experience (SolidWorks CAM, Fusion 360, Mastercam, or similar).
• Solid understanding of CNC machining, cutting tools, blueprints, and GD&T.
• Experience with tooling optimization, process development, and continuous improvement.
• Hands-on problem-solving skills and a passion for improving manufacturing operations.
