Tooling Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians on trim and form tooling activities to ensure high tool performance, product quality, and production uptime.
• Coordinate and monitor tooling tasks, ensuring timely completion and effective follow-up.
• Maintain current trim and form tooling and support new activities for volume product expansion.
• Perform preventive maintenance, tool life control, and troubleshooting for trim and form tooling and equipment.
• Support daily production line activities to minimize downtime and resolve tooling issues.
• Develop and generate 3D models using design software to support tooling modifications, improvements, and engineering requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Special Skills

• Able to read electrical circuit diagrams and PLC ladder diagrams.
• Knowledge of automatic equipment electrical components.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D design software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced production environment.
