Tooling Management Intern Job Responsibilities 1. Tooling Room Management & Process Control

• Maintain the tooling room in an organized, safe, and efficient condition.
• Manage tool lend on and return records, ensuring accurate tracking of tool status.
• Monitor tool calibration validity and coordinate calibration activities when required. 2. Tooling Management System Improvement
• Coordinate with the local IT team to support the implementation of a new tooling database system.
• Perform data collection, data entry, and master data maintenance.
• Participate in system testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance tooling management efficiency and data accuracy. 3. Warehouse & Logistics Support
• Assist with warehouse inbound and outbound operations.
• Conduct basic cargo inspections and verify shipment documentation.
• Maintain proper filing and archiving of logistics and tooling-related records. Requirements
• Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related disciplines.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and good organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Internship duration: 6 months. Preferred Qualifications
• Interest in database management, process improvement, or digitalization projects.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics processes.
• Ability to communicate in English is an advantage.
